Introduction
This course is designed for Engineers and operation supervisors from all oil
and gas plants. Advanced understanding on Properties of Petroleum,
Production and processing systems, Safety procedures, Material selection,
Corrosion & Protection issues, Operation & Maintenance, Oil & Gas
economics in production and refining.
This program will support engineers who are looking for improving their
skills in plant.

Objectives

  • Understanding on Origin of Petroleum and properties
  • Oil & Gas Exploration, Drilling, Production & Processing systems
  • Ability to read and understand all types of drawings including P & IDs,
  • The operation & maintenance of all types of rotating equipment
  • Basics of Refinery & Petrochemical Operations
  • Knowledge on initial Commissioning, Startup & Shutdown of plant equipment & accessories.
  • HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies & practices
  • Oil & Gas safety systems (Permit to work, PPE, HAZOP, etc.)
  • Process Instrumentation & Control systems for Oil & Gas systems
